# Inserting image into header

 * I have a plain block colour header and wish to add an image on top.
 * I have the image but it has a square white box as a background.
 * Can anyone help with how to remove the white box background.

 * still need a link to your site to see what you mean.
 * but if it’s an image, you download the image to your computer and edit it in 
   whatever program you use. Or just make a new one with same dimensions…..

 * Sounds like you are interested in creating transparency in your image. A good
   app I found for this is called Gimp (as I know, it is only available for windows).
   Best thing is that it is free. Do a search for it on from any search image.
