• Hi,

    I recently bought a template and had problems adding new languages.

    The bug has been successfully fixed by the theme developpers.

    They asked me to report the bug :

    They modified the AjaxRouter.php file
    NEW CODE

    A picture of code is not very useful here. Can you provide the diff? Or at least the actual code instead of an image.

    Your link doesn’t work. If you just copied the PHP file to this location, then this is not the way to provide access to it.

    I think it’s probably best that the person who fixed this bug posts information about what the bug was and how they fixed it.

    Thank you. I can see their fix. It was not in your screenshot.

    I won’t be implementing this fix into my code unless I can see what the bug was that it corrected. I understand why they did it. But I was quite deliberately not using their method.

    Please submit the original problem as a bug report and I will evaluate how best to fix it.

    There is no private support over email and I cannot log into your server.

    Please submit a reproducible bug report here. If you can’t do this, then please have the theme developers do so.

    Your screenshot is not a bug report.

    Please ask the developer that identified the root problem to provide a technically coherent description of it.

    And for the last two reviews (September 21st and 28th) it’s something that has been happening to other users as well.

    And yet the 1-star reviewers did not submit a bug report either.

    Writing “nothing in new language” does not provide any useful information that can be used to fix a bug. If you have the same problem then perhaps you can provide something more helpful.

    I have provided help pages on providing diagnostic information and investigating Ajax problems.

    It would be better to start a new thread, because there isn’t enough detail here to be confident your issue really is the same as the original poster’s.
