    way of INSERTING PICTURE
   on “Theme:Jean” on the main page with the hanging frame with the sketch of a 
   hat.

 * First you need an image to start with. Then it is a matter of inserting the image
   in the normal way. This being so, without seeing your site it is difficult to
   understand what exactly is the problem.
 * Are you getting any error messages or is your layout going south-ways?
