Inserting values into a database on another server

Hello everyone,

Please bear with me, as I am brand new to WP development (but not PHP programming), so apologies for any stupid questions I may ask.

My company has a wordpress site as well as a another website (let’s call this site “CPContent”). They are on two separate servers (with, obviously, two different databases). There is a registration page on our wordpress site (http://community.copypress.com/register-revised/), which uses the Ninja Forms plugin. What I need is to take the values in these fields and insert them into a database (which is on another server) for the CPContent website.

How would I go about approaching this problem? Do I need to make a custom plug in or is there a way to send the data I need to the the CPContent website through the Ninja Code plugin’s source code? Any wisdom or guidance on this problem would be very much appreciated.
