 * My client has a WordPress website that I am now managing. The original designer
   put in something to the menu (addin? Plugin?) called “in/spired settings” which
   gives a extra control over the website (similar to the Appearance -> Theme Options).
   I am trying to figure out how this works, and if it is a 3rd party program that
   can be updated. It is not a plugin, and the theme is listed as a custom theme
   made by the original site designer.
