 * Whenever I Click on ‘Add Personal Account’ I redirected to this [page](https://www.instagram.com/oauth/authorize/third_party/error/?message=Sorry%2C%20something%20went%20wrong%3A%20Please%20try%20closing%20and%20re-opening%20your%20browser%20window.)
   and it says, “Sorry, something went wrong: Please try closing and re-opening 
   your browser window.”

 * Hi, instagram integration stopped working.

 * Error: 412: Account id 17841404970221286 not found to fetch user profile.
 * I took the usual steps to connect to the account via facebook (have done it many
   times)- but i get an error at the end.
