Hey grulix,
It looks like the feed is loading when I take a look: https://snag.gy/VAFQCX.jpg It does appear very small though. Try changing the “height of feed” setting to a blank space. That will allow the feed to take up just as much room as it needs to.
Are you able to see the feed? If not, do you have any browser extensions or add-ons that might be causing a conflict?

Hi Craig, I am having the same problem and wondered if you could help? I have logged a ticket through support on the plug in but haven’t heard anything.
My feed is loading but as one giant photo other than the 6 or 7 I would like along the bottom of my pages. My site isn’t live so not sure what I can show you?

Sorry if you didn’t get a reply! Normally we like to respond the same day to any tickets that come in. Can I ask when you submitted one?
As for the image issue, do you have the feed set to have a width of 100%? Does it make a difference if you set this to something like 300px? There might be something in your theme that is causing an issue if so.
Otherwise, we might have to wait until your site is somewhere I can take a look.

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly! I logged the support ticket last week – maybe Tuesday? Towards the start of the week anyway.
The width is 100% – I tried changing it and that didn’t help. I’m using Beaver Builder page builder and theme, so maybe that’s what’s causing the issues? As maybe the text editor module isn’t adapting it’s height to the feed. I also don’t know how to make the feed horizontal rather than vertical.
I have just submitted another support request and included the code and a screenshot as hopefully that’ll make it much easier to figure out!

Can you try disabling other plugins and switching themes to see if it fixes the issue?

thanks for the quick reply, changing the theme the problem does not show up but can you run Instagram Feed with the Photolite theme?
I can not change the theme because I’ve configured the entire site with this theme.

It does look like it’s the theme. The error is coming from the JavaScript file custom.js that is coming from the photolite part of your theme directory https://snag.gy/DFgUpa.jpg. I would try contacting the theme author and show them the screenshot of the error. They would likely help you fix the bug.
