    When I click on wp-admin/install.php nothing happens. I have searched the files and it tells me there is no file by that name.

    It could be that your install failed. Grab a new zip from ww.wp.xz.cn and reinstall the files then proceed with the installation of WP.

    Hey,

    I would just try and install the file again. It might be that the install didn’t go through properly.
