 * Hi there
 * Im trying to install and then import a wp onto a new server with no control panel
   access so Im trying to give the host suitable instructions. I exported the DB
   from where it currently is working fine on another server with a different provider.
   The new host set this db up on their server -but with a different username and
   pw, the size 150MB.
 * I uploaded a new batch of the wp files to the root, and configured wp-config.
   php according to what the host provided. The trouble starts when I go to the
   wp-admin/install.php screen. I get a long list of errors….
 * I have 3 questions:
 * 1. When the host set up my db they gave it a different username and pw than what
   I has used – is this a problem? Im able to get to the wp install screen…so maybe
   not?
 * 2. The errors are mostly “[CREATE command denied to user….@ some ip address”
   so I guess he may not have given me all privileges which Im waiting to hear back
   on…My question is whats that ip address in the error – where does this come from,
   do I need to worry about it? neither of us recognise it.
 * 3. During install theres a bunch of “Table ‘dbName.wp_options’ doesn’t exist”
   errors as well. is this because the host changed the name on the db from what
   I had exported it as?
 * thanks in advance for any guidance or suggestions as to what I need to check
   or do. I can provide the link, and more info if required!

 * 1. Yes. Try editing your wp-config.php file to use the new database username &
   password.
 * 2 &3: Yes & yes.

 * he tells me I already have full access! Theres shell access but Ive never used
   that before, and dont know how..
 * Can you advise where that ip address in the error message comes from? its not
   the existing server or the new one.
 * Also, if you can give me any pointers as to what to try next Ide be grateful.
 * thanks again

 * Sorry – I can’t. wordpress.org has nothing to do with your hosting. Try asking
   your hosts. The “[CREATE command denied to user….@ some ip address” error suggest
   that your database user does **not** have full privileges.
