# Install Fatal Error – Multisite

 * Hi All,
 * I’m getting the following error when I try and activate:
 * Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Please network
   activate W3 Total Cache when using WordPress Multisite.
 * The thing is, I’m not using a multi site – although I did move the site from 
   a multisite.
 * Is there a solution?

 * very strange… i follow the forum of w3tc and this is the first time i read this
   issue. You are sure that your problem is w3tc and/or you aren’t on multisite?
