# Install Issue

 * I have an issue with the plugin WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips
 * When I try to install it, I get the error message:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined method DOMText::getAttribute() in
    /home/content/
   29/11235529/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/lib/
   dompdf/include/cellmap.cls.php on line 437
 * Whant can I do?

 * Hello Telemaco,
    If you got that far, I believe the plugin is properly installed.
   Can you view the settings and see the buttons on the order list?
 * getAttribute() errors come from faulty HTML in the invoice/packing slip. If you
   enable HTML output on the status tab of the settings page, you may see an error
   on the page – try to find out what is causing this error.

   for general diagnosis instructions.

 * Thanks Ewout but something missing.
 * I tried also to install the plugin from WordPress and I received this error message:
 * Impossibile to create the directory. /home/content/92/10855492/html/mywebsite/
   wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/
 * So I can’t install 1.5.5 version and there isn’t any other version installed.
