# Install Issues

 * I installed this, activated it, and tried to customize (free version). When I
   tried to edit the homepage page, it took me to the content from my original homepage.
   When I tried to edit the site, it took me to an extremely broken version of the
   homepage showing on my site (demo content). I couldn’t see many of the blocks
   etc. Unsure what I may have done wrong. I really like the theme and am considering
   the pro version, but want to play with the free version first to see if I can
   get it working right. I had to put it back to my original theme since I couldn’t
   edit anything appropriately. Also to note, it took me into the weird Gutenverse
   block editor instead of the normal block editor.

 * Could you please send us your Gutenverse system status? You can find it by navigating
   to **Gutenverse Dashboard > System Status**. Copy the information and send it
   here.
 * Additionally, go to **Gutenverse Dashboard > Settings > Frontend > Render Mechanism**
   and set it to ‘Inline’.
 * After that, clear your site cache and refresh the page. Get back to us, and we’ll
   do our best to help you!
