Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps, especially if they match the error messages/behavior you’re seeing, on the following page and ensured you’ve already followed the video guide’s method of obtaining the key?: https://www.wordfence.com/help/api-key/#installing-your-free-license-key
There’s no limit to how many license keys a single email address can obtain so you’re absolutely free to try generating another if you need to. Failing those, any specifics around what you’re seeing might be helpful to diagnosing the problem.
