Install Master Slider jQuery Slider plugin on WordPress

I by mistake bought from you the Master Slider jQuery Slider Plugin with Visual Builder instead of the one for WordPress. I opened a ticket on Averta Support, but got no response yet after days.

I’d like to ask for refund and then buy the right version of your slider.
