# Install php corrupted?

 * WordPress has one touch install on my web provider.
    When I go to the admin area
   at ([http://www.segurafamilie.com/blog/wp-admin/](http://www.segurafamilie.com/blog/wp-admin/))
   I get this message: It doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP yet. Try running
   install.php.
 * When I click on install.php I get this message: See the following web page:
    
   [http://www.segurafamilie.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php](http://www.segurafamilie.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php)
 * I had to add a user and password in the my sql database and I updated the config
   file.
 * Any clue as to what I’m doing wrong?

 * If this is through an installer such as Fantastico on your host provider, I would
   start by emailing support and asking them about the problem. In the meantime 
   you should probably go to control panel, to the “one touch” control panel, and
   delete the current install.
 * Once you’ve deleted the current install, you could try installing again – if 
   you get the same problem then you really will only have two choices: get your
   host to fix the one-touch installer problem; or download the program (see “Download”
   tab, top of page) and install yourself.
