# Install Plugin failure

 * When I try to upload plugin I get the following message:
 * Installing Plugin from uploaded file: wp-mpp.php
 * Unpacking the package…
 * **Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central
   Dir Record signature**
 * Can someone please help

 * The plugin should be in a zip file. Upload the zip or do it manually and FTP 
   the file up.

 * Thank you for your help however now I have another problem:
 * Installing the plugin…
    Destination folder already exists. /home/angryant/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/wp-mpp/
 * Plugin install failed.
 * Can you help with this one

 * Yeah. The plugin already exists so the built-in uploader can’t fix that. It has
   some issues with non-WP.org plugin updates sometimes.
 * Use FTP and do it manually.

    Once again thanks, however I uploaded file through cpanel but it
   has not changed WP blog. Can you help with this one.

 * Can you see the ZIP file or did you extract the folder? You have to copy up the
   FOLDER, not the zip.

 * I eventually uploaded through wordpress. Thank You
 * Everything was going OK until added Amazon I got following errors:
 *  Error: Line 434; Function: fetch_amazon; Campaign ID: 1
    Amazon: Error – AWS.
   ECommerceService.NoExactMatches: We did not find any matches for your request.
 * 2010-12-03 00:51:14 Error: Line 422; Function: fetch_amazon; Campaign ID: 1
    
   Amazon: Error – SignatureDoesNotMatch: The request signature we calculated does
   not match the signature you provided. Check your AWS Secret Access Key and signing
   method. Consult the service documentation for details.
