# Install Plugins screen not working

 * Ok, I’ve experienced this on several sites. When I select Plugins > Add New, 
   I get this screen:

 * When you search for a plugin, nothing gets returned. So the only way to install
   plugins is to download from the repository and then upload it. Is there a fix
   for this?
 * My current setup:
    WP 3.9.2 TwentyTwelve theme
 * Plugins:
    Akismet BackWPUp Google Analyticator Gravity Forms Header and Footer
   Scripts iThemes Security OptimizePress 2 WordPress Meta Robots WordPress Ping
   Optimizer WP-Optimize WP Super Cache

 * Does the issue persist when you deactivate your plugins and put on an unmodified
   default theme?

 * Yup, I’ve deactivated all plugins, and the theme isn’t modified – it’s the vanilla
   Twenty Twelve. I’m running OptimizePress as a plugin only, so that’s not it.
