# Install problems

 * I’m in the process of installing your plugin on a client site.
 * I cannot get a “Home Value API Key”.
 * I go to the “General” tab in settings – Click the checkbox to generate of retrieve
   key – Then hit the SAVE SETTINGS button. And no key appears. I’ve tried 3 times
   and nothing.
 * However I do get this message at the top of my page.
 * “You have previously created a Home Value API key. This key will be reused. If
   your key is still empty, then your server is not reachable from the Internet.”
 * What do I do?
