# Install Script Not Running

 * Hi,
 * I just uploaded 2.5.1 to a new brand new site, created the database and user 
   login and changed my config file. However, when I run the wp-admin/install.php
   file, I get a blank screen. I’ve run this on other installations but I’m having
   an issue with this one. What should I check?
 * The site (www.ultraportablereviews.com) is on the same hosting platform as other
   domains that I have running with wordpress, so I don’t think that is it. Are 
   there particular server settings I should set in Plesk?

 * On Plesk versions, running on windows servers, make sure you check the box to
   make PHP run as ISAPI extension.
 * Make sure PHP is on.
 * If that isn’t it try uploading the files again. Using FileZilla, use automatic
   mode and other FTP clients upload using ASCII mode.
