Check if you have all wordpress files and folder uploaded in blog folder
Yes I have already checked that and if you want I can re-uploaded once more to ensure all files are covered.
Some times files get corrupted uploading them one at time I always up load the zip file on server and extract the zip file on server.
Check if you have that feature as most cpanel do have way to extract zip file.

Its the same error. I am still unable to solve my problem of blog installation. Sir kindly help me at the earliest.
The error message is that the blog is installed but when I try to login or try to open the page, I get the error as http://current_site_domaincurrent_site_pathwp-signup.php/?new=
So does it involve anything with hosting provider, or do I need to change any settings in .htaccess file for my site or any other changes.
If this is fresh install you should not have this problem may be there some thing in .htaccess file prior to this install rename .htaccess file and create another one then try .
