 * this is what it says right underneath the step 2 button. If somebody could tell
   me how to fix this that would be great. I went into the wp-config and saw nothing
   about an email so I have no idea where im going. Thanks

 * Past report of this type problem have either suggested the version of PHP isn’t
   handlin preg_match correctly and if your host can’t change PHP versions you may

 * Or the the another possibility is that PHP is not installed/configured correctly.

 * it’s possible php mail is disabled.. so here is a plugin discussed in this post.
   it worked for me…
