 * I have install plugin when clicked on any option add or contact form then i get
   this error
    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_rest_url() in D:\
   INETPUB\VHOSTS\narayandentalclinic.com\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\contact-form-
   7\admin\admin.php on line 304

 * I’m also having the same problem, did you find out what was causing this? I’m
   also using WP 4.3.9.
