Installation Error

    Hello,

    When I try to install this plugin (either automatically or via uploading the zip file), I get the following error message:

    Could not copy file. ultimate-post/assets/img/wizard/wizard_features/query_builder.svg

    This prevents the plugin from being installed.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi,

    It seems that your server is restricting the SVG file, which is preventing the plugin from being installed properly. Some hosting providers or security settings block SVG uploads for security reasons.

    To resolve this, please try the following:

    Manually Upload the Plugin – Extract the plugin ZIP file and upload the extracted folder to wp-content/plugins/ via FTP or File Manager. Then, activate the plugin from the WordPress admin panel.

    If the issue persists, please let us know your hosting provider and any security plugins you are using so we can provide further guidance.

    Ah, that makes sense. Thank you! This doesn’t seem like it should be a restricted file type, so I’ll look into that further but will try the manual upload if I can’t get that resolved. Appreciate your help!
