# Installation error

 * I’m trying to install wordpress again and I get the following error:
 *     ```

 * Are you going for a brand new install? If so, and you don’t need any of the old
   content, just delete it the folders/files associated with your old install.

 * Who is your web hosting provider? If your hosting provider has cPanel then you
   can use the file manager…otherwise you can use FTP.

 * Problem solved. I deleted all the files in my hostgator cpanel.
