# Installation error

 * I’m trying to install wordpress with the one click installs off of the MOJO Marketplace.
   When I click install now an error message pops up **“We had a problem processing
   your request. If this continues please contact support. #2C4O2I8N7T2I4L3T”** 
   I have been trying do install this for 2 hours now. What am I doing wrong. Thanks
   for the help!

 * This sounds like a message that doesn’t come from WordPress, but specific to 
   MOJO. Have you contacted them about this?

 * installing wordpress is very I don’t think you need their support.
 * just upload the files on your server and then follow the instruction if you find
   any issue post here we can short out in minutes
