# Installation Error .Please help

 * When i try to install the wordpress 2.3.1.It show the following error :

 * Can you log in? Can you just load that file from your copy to the server? That
   is what I would try first.

 * It shows the above error and i unable to login too.I am trying to install it 
   and test it on my local server .I am using the wamp5_1.6.6 as my local web server.
   In the wamp5_1.6.6 there some configuration like PHP setting and Apache Modules
   setting.I unable to configure it .Please help me to resolve it .Thanks
