 * Hello,
 * I wish the subscribers to be able to subscribe to comments, so I installed the
   StCR plugin.
 * Unfortunately, I only have ‘Vous pouvez gérer les abonnements aux commentaires
   de ce billet.’ in the input box, nothing else.
    This means (translation from 
   french) “you can manage the subscriptions of this post” and hyperlink to the 
   user subscription page is generating an 404 error.
 * I guess something is wrong somewhere
