# Installation Problem with 3.9.2 Latest version

 * There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get 
   started.
 * Need more help? We got it.
 * You can create a wp-config.php file through a web interface, but this doesn’t
   work for all server setups. The safest way is to manually create the file.

 * Just follow along with [http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress](http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress)
   and you should be fine.
 * More specifically, you can either create one from the included `wp-config-sample.
   php` file (just fill in the details and rename the file to `wp-config.php`) or
   create one via the installer.
