# Installation problem – Help!

 * Hello,
 * This plugin has features perfect for what I need. I’ve installed it via my WordPress(
   not via FTP). It was successful at first, but I’ve had troubles with the pages
   so I had to uninstall it to do it again. I’ve delete the plugin in via my WordPress
   and re-installed it. The settings I’ve set from my first install remained. I’ve
   deleted the folder via FTP, still the same.
 * On my latest install, my settings were still kept so I thought I’d just stick
   with it. The problem is, the shortcodes don’t work anymore.
 * Is there a way for me to have a fresh installation of this?
