 * Thanks for your plugin.
    i have some problems getting it to work. after installing,
   two links appear in the sidebar. “settings” and “add new term category”, but 
   no “add term”. on the other admin pages there’s a notice telling me “You are 
   just one step away – Complete ‘Glossary’ Activation Now” that leads me to the
   settings page but without any option to “activate”.

 * Probably is because of the new capabilities in the plugin.
    You are trying to
   do it as an admin user? I will intevestigate today to release a fix asap!

 * I’ve updated the plugin but still can’t find where to add terms.
    now i have 
   three menu items, “Settings”, “Contact us” and “Upgrade”. No “add terms” and 
   even the “add term category” item is gone.
