this sure is complicate for a simple drag and drop

Turns out that somehow installing your plugin caused iPage.com to shut my mySQL databases because of an overload.
I’m going to have to stop using your plugin until I can figure out what the heck is going on.

1) I created a short video showing how our plugin works.
2) Make sure your hosting meets the WordPress minimum requirements: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/about/requirements/
PHP version 5.6 or greater
MySQL version 5.6 or greater
It is also recommended to have php memory limit set to at lease 96 MB.
For further investigation we need to have your log files (you can get it from the hosting control panel or request from the hosting support). Log files will show us what exactly is happening.
