# Installer 404 error

 * I am having trouble with the installer. I get a 404 error message. I have used
   Chrome and Safari. [http://bryanstonchiropractor.co.za/installer.php](http://bryanstonchiropractor.co.za/installer.php).
   Any thoughts? Thanks for your help!

 * Hi Cory,
    I just spent the morning with Hostgator. They said that everything 
   seems to be working on their end. I’m still getting a 404 error. What should 
   I try next?

 * Create a page called test.php in the same directory as the installer and place
   this text inside the test.php file
