# installer.php doesn’t display

 * Iv been searching my issue here and saw some about installer.php, but none of
   them like the beheviour im undergoing.
 * Simply after dropping the archive and installer.php, im going to the url mydomain.
   com/installer.php but it simply reload the page… without any info or errors 🙁
 * my host is OVH !
 * Hope i can find a solution.

   solution to this issue, this one may get you going.
 *     – The installer is showing blank/white, 403, 404 or a 500 error?

 * I actually have a page of my host service [https://goopics.net/i/JJD9R](https://goopics.net/i/JJD9R)
   that’s why i say i cannot see if i have an error or not, it just reload the page
   when i write installer.php. On my FTP i had a index.html that i deleted.
 * So idk if it come from my host service or if i really have an issue about installer.
   php ?

 * I would contact your host, either they don’t have the site set up to serve PHP
   or they have a redirect they need to update so you can browse to the installer.
