# installer.php “Not supported

 * when I navigate to installer.php using IP I’m getting a “not supported” text.
   Any ideas why?

 * Hi Cory, we thought we had it resolved, and was finally able to access the file.
   Go thru “step 1”, then go the not supported white screen again.
