 * I do not see the option in step 4
 * “Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products and click the “Lazy Load” option.”
 * I’ve checked all the tabs for “WooCommerce > Settings > Products” and a little
   baffled as to what I’m missing. Please enlighten me?

 * What version of WooCommerce are you running? They have restructured it a little.
   The documentation is for 2.3+.

 * The plugin screenshot also shows the same thing, but not the admin left sidebar
   which in your case might also be useful.
