I only ever seen that happen once in all my setups where i entered my Database information wrong.
However since we tried replicating the issue by purposely entering info wrong and reproduce blank page which didn’t work.
So: i do know it can happen IF you enter the database info of OSTicket wrong (it shouldn’t but there’s a 1% possibility it does).
When it happens renaming the plugin would indeed be the only and correct action.
you can:
1) Reenable the plugin
2) double check the osTicket database information and make sure it’s 100% correct (including but not limited to the prefix).
3) Save.
If done correctly it shouldn’t blank out.
If it still blanks out there has got to be a conflict with something else to which we will be happy to inspect your system if you allow us π

The credentials I’m using are 100% correct.
I’ve made a fresh install of osTicket 1.9.4 and also connected my Gmail business account to it.
I have also tried deleting and re-installing the plugin, but also not successful.
I’m out of possibilities now.
I can create a temporarily admin account for you if you can send me an e-mail-adress.

Ah 1.9.4
Just came out yesterday i saw.
I didn’t test it just yet (was stuck doing paperworks this week).
I will upgrade one of our dev systems later today and check if i can replicate it π
You can also send me your info (ftp / wordpress/ osticket) to m.tiggelaar (a t) key4ce.com
However to fix this issue we do require debugging on (if your site is live that might be a issue).

It’s not urgent, so i can wait until you are ready.

Any update yet about #1.9.4 so far?
We are working on it
but due to the Status change nearly all queries need to be re-written.
so it might take a while before we can publish a version with support for it (1 – 2 weeks most likely).

It’s nearly ready.
Last tests i did just showed some minor issues on template subject, template sender and closing ticket on reply (both client as admin).
I expect those to be fixed within 48 hours to after which i will release the update π

Ok, long over due.. the 1.9.4 osticket support is finally baked in π
Just make sure you select the 1.9.4 version from the plugin settings page and it should work fine.
