 * so what should i do therE?
 * basically, when im trying to install this plugging, it shows this error. and 
   when i changed the version of PHP, it became “cant update” do u know y ?

 * Thank you for additional context, you’re not supposed to do anything with the
   file. It should install without issues and without any need to change the file
   in question.
 * Can you please deactivate all other plugins, and then try installing WooCommerce
   on your site?
 * If that doesn’t work, then please send me a screenshot of the error you’re seeing
   when you try to install the plugin.
