Installing the same setup for multiple sites

First, I can’t use multisite as this is for different clients with different hosts. I am doing several church websites. I have setup a “perfect” site. I want to copy the files and mysql database to the new sites – I know how to do that. My question is, what do I have to change in each setup so that the site works. The domain name and hosting has changed for each site, so I am sure I have to make modifications to the MySql database – what would those be? Also, do I need to make any changes to the files? Also, I am just talking about the structure, plugins, theme, etc. I do not need to transfer any posts or pages. However, I do have a clean site with no posts or pages if that helps. Here is what I know:

Change the info in the config file.

That’s about it.
