# Installing WordPress

 * I’ve been trying to install WordPress 3.3.1, but something is not working. Would
   it be possible to speak with someone on the phone to help me with a walkthrough?
   That would help me out in a big way.

 * – Are you installing on a hosting service using an installer provided by that
   service?
 * – Are you attempting to install WordPress on a server/computer in your own home?
