# installion error (syntax error?)

 * I have just installed wordpress on my hosting account but javascript does not
   seems to be running. When I click to import my post from blogger to wordpress
   nothing happens after the import button is hit. Also in the main dashboard, i
   just have loading beneath “incoming links”, “plugins”, “wordpress development
   blog” and other “wordpress news”. Below are the error from my browser. Any help
   is much appreciated thanks.

 * Have you spoken to your hosting provider? I’m wondering if the root cause is 
   that the server is locked down so tight that there’s no contact allowed with 
   external 3rd party sites. That would explain why you’re not getting any RSS feeds
   on the dashboard.

 * Thanks i have just emailed them (Godaddy) about a possible no contact of the 
   server with third party sites and waiting to hear from them. I will update later.

 * Update: Godaddy do not provide support for third party installation. Could it
   be that am installing the files in the wrong place? Any ideas on how to solve
   this issue will be very appreciated.
