# install.php opens in text editor

 * I unzipped and uploaded wordpress (renamed blog) after changing config.php and
   saving it.
 * Everytime I try to run:
    [http://luminarystandardpoodles.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php](http://luminarystandardpoodles.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php)
 * the install.php file opens on my local computer in word pad.
    No database is 
   built on the server
