 * MetForm installs at least 6 additional plugins automatically upon activation,
   without any prior notice or user consent. No prompt or option to decline is provided.

 * Hi [mohammadr3z](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mohammadr3z/),
 * Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern.
 * We understand your frustration regarding the activation of additional plugins.
   However, we’d like to clarify that during the MetForm onboarding process, users
   are clearly given the option to either proceed with installing the recommended
   plugins or continue without installing them. These plugins are suggested only
   because they may be helpful or essential for getting the best experience with
   MetForm.
 * It appears that the **“Unlock All & Continue”** option was selected during onboarding(**
   [video](https://d.pr/v/Pt66Pi)**), which is why some recommended plugins were
   activated. Please be assured that we do not activate any plugins forcefully or
   without user interaction. Our intention is only to guide users toward tools that
   can enhance their website, just as MetForm does for forms.
 * MetForm is built to provide a wide range of powerful form-related features, and
   our support team is always ready to help if anything feels unclear or inconvenient.
 * In light of this clarification, we kindly request you to reconsider your negative
   review, as it was not due to a forced action from our side and such reviews directly
   impact our reputation in the marketplace. If you feel our explanation resolves
   your concern, we would truly appreciate it if you could update your review.
 * Thank you for your understanding.
 * Best regards,
   Ikbal

 * Thank you for the explanation.
 * In many cases, I want to install and set up the plugin quickly, and during a
   fast initial setup, this part of the onboarding can easily be overlooked. When
   the goal is only to activate MetForm itself and proceed rapidly, it’s not always
   clear that additional plugins will be installed.
 * It would be helpful if there were an alternative or clearer approach during the
   initial MetForm-only setup flow, so users who want a quick and focused installation
   can proceed without unintended changes.

 * Hi [mohammadr3z](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mohammadr3z/),
 * Thank you very much for updating your review and for sharing your thoughtful
   feedback.
 * We truly appreciate your explanation and understand your point about the onboarding
   experience during a quick setup. Your suggestion for a clearer and more focused
   MetForm-only installation flow is very valuable, and we’ll discuss this with
   the respective board for consideration in future improvements.
 * We’re glad we could clarify the situation, and your feedback helps us make the
   plugin better for everyone. Thanks for your cooperation.
 * Best regards,
   Ikbal
