 * This plugin haven’t configuration.
 * You just have to install and activate the plugin: a tab “HTML Template” will 
   show up besides the Contact Form 7 content and you should mark “Activate”.
 * Besides that you can create or modify the HTML template, but you can use it as
   it is there as well.
