 * is it possible for instructors to create their courses without using wordpress
   backend ?

 * The default dashboard is the backend WordPress dashboard, but I think you need
   to upgrade to the pro version before instructors can even create courses

 * The instructors have restricted access to the website dashboard in order to add
   courses.
    The Frontend Course Builder is available in the Pro version of the 
   plugin.
