 * I want to integrate within a WordPress website so when a new property is uploaded
   then it will be shown on a WordPress website
 * Is there any plugin or it involves API integration?

 * You can always use an iframe for the other page.
    There are plugins for pulling
   RSS feeds into your site, or just displaying the feed. You can write your own
   plugin to interface with whatever provides the properties, so they are shown 
   how you want them.
