Integrating coauthor functionality into Virtue

Hey,

I’ve stumbled into a necessity for displaying multiple authors in some cases, and thus installed Co-Authors Plus. Regardless of whether the plugin is active or not, the theme does not acknowledge the secondary author- it doesn’t change whatsoever.

How can I put the necessary template tags into the theme? Is this supposed to be a paid-only feature?
