# Integration error

 * After the update to the version 3.0.1 it is impossible for us to connect with
   klaviyo integration. We always get this error message:
 *     ```
       We can't complete your setup
   
       We encountered an error while attempting to establish an integration between WooCommerce and Klaviyo. To resolve, please review the troubleshooting steps outlined in our Help Center.
   
       Details: Received 5XX response from Server
       ```
   
 * How can we fix this? Looking forward to your feedback.

   details on where you are seeing this error message? is this displayed from WordPress
   or Klaviyo?
 * Otherwise if you open a [ticket](https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001002272-How-to-Contact-Support#email-support1)
   with Klaviyo we can check if a firewall is blocking requests coming from Klaviyo

   your Klaviyo account and can see that you are integrated now. Is it safe to say
   that the issue is resolved?

 * Yes, now it works 🙂 Our coder contacted the server company to put the user-agent
   Klaviyo on the whitelist.
    No it works.
