I don’t think AutoChimp works that way, from what I know, it’s all or nothing, by that I mean either all new users get added to your mailing list, or none via the “When a user subscribes” setting in AutoChimp. You might need to look into another plugin if you want to give the user an option during registration.
For what I’ve read, there was an option on AutoChimp that said something like “Patch Register Plus Redux”, but there isn’t such option on my installation.
Great that you answered. I’m getting this error:
“There is another active plugin that is conflicting with Register Plus Redux. The conflicting plugin is creating its own wp_new_user_notification function”
And points to a long post on radiok.info, but I can’t find the solution.
Would you be so kind as to help me with that?
Thanks!
AutoChimp may or may not work out of the box, that is without any necessary modification with Register Plus Redux. Try it out and see.
As for the conflict, that’s tricky. What other plugins do you have installed?

OK, that’s a lot to absorb, I was hoping for a few less. There aren’t any obvious offenders. It may be a matter of disabling all of them, activating Redux, then activating one by one until you see the conflict notification.
