# interacting gives errors

 * Hello, i try to use the Blog as an Fedi-Instance (as a newbee). 
   When i try to
   interact with an other Profiles using the **Mastonaut**-App for MacOS (or other
   Apps), for example clicking on retoot, then i get „Network Error: Mastodon error:
   mastodon_api_submit_post“ and the retoot does not work. When i use the App „**
   MetaText**“ the message is „NSURLErrorDomain-Fehler -1000.“Other Apps do not 
   show an error, but nothing happens.WHen i try to see a profile the Message is„
   mastodon_api_accounts_lookup Record not found“.
 * I tried to de- and reactivate ActivityPub and the Problem-Mode (only AP), deleting
   and re-configuring the Account.
 * All Apps are working with other instances.
 * i hope, these infos are helpful to resolve the Problem.
 * What can i do? is it possible to reset all AP-related stuff?

 * No – on the contrary: everything worked fine for many months; the problem has
   only existed for a few weeks.
   That’s why I suspected another Fediverse plugin(
   Friends, Nodeinfo and Webfinger) – but without these plugins, nothing changes.

   I would recommend to move the issue to the Enable Mastodon Apps forum, because
   it does not seem to be an ActivityPub issue!?

   to track it over there 🙂
