Interesting Plugin Conflict with Gravity Forms

I’m using the Gravity forms plugin in conjunction with their signature addon plugin. Somehow W3 Total Cache is stripping a query string when a form sends out an email notification, BUT only if it’s submitted from an iPad. …Weird, I know
The result is that all the form fields are not included in the email notification and the signature image url isn’t correctly output. See example links below
